Customer Care Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with order placements, product inquiries, shipping details, and any other concerns related to their shopping experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently. This may include processing returns, exchanges, and tracking shipments to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers using appropriate and friendly language.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently and to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the customer support database, ensuring a comprehensive and organized customer history.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and customer support tools is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 yrs

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Candidates experienced in eCommerce sales, ERP Software for inventory management, accounting, and systems and practices would be an added advantage.
