Our shipping arrangements cover almost all places in India and abroad. Once an order and its payment are fully processed we pack the books with utmost care to avoid any damage to the books for shipping. The books are delivered by our couriers at the shipping address submitted by the customer while filling up the online order form. Once a customer does a transaction on Feelbooks.in, he/she can instruct us to store his/her shipping address, so that he/she does not have to enter the address again. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish us to ship book/s to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Time of dispatch are mentioned for each and every title. The orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days, except where time of dispatch is mentioned as 7 days or more as we may have to import it from our publisher. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the time period mentioned in the order, we shall inform you, and as per your instructions cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and also send an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Typically all Delhi deliveries are completed within 3-5 days post shipment and for locations outside Delhi, deliveries are completed within 5-6 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping. International titles may take additional 3-4 weeks to deliver.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.While we shall endeavour to ship all book in your order together, this may not always be possible due to book characteristics, or availability.
The shipping charges will be applicable at a rate of Rs.75 per book within India for an order below Rs.1000/-. For any order above Rs.1000/- , shipping will be free. On cancellation by the customer of any part order which makes the order less than Rs 1000/- , we will deduct Rs 75/- from the refund as shipping charges
Shipping Charges outside India will be Rs 900/- per book.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Feel Books is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you believe that the book is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the book, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. You may also return a defective or damaged book within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. For returning shipment, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the “return-orderID” in the subject line of your email.
We will accept returns only in case of damaged book, wrongly supplied or with any printing errors. We will notify you through an e-mail of your refund, once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 working days of our receiving your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who placed the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the packet to the address given below:

The customers will receive their refunds within 5-7 days business days through Razor Pay. The money is refunded to the payment method that the customer used to make the payment.
We may offer promotional/discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other prmotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one user per customer, and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.
We currently accept payments through UPI, Bharat QR, All major Debit and Credit cards, Netbanking Options, Mobile Wallets. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers. Credit Card payments are secured by SSL, which encrypts alll your data in transit to ensure secure online transactions. On successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email with shipping notification, and with shipping tracking data via email.
If we are unable to successfully process your credit card payment for your order that is accepted by us then we may notify you of dishonour and cancel your order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have acepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at anytime if –
- The requested products in that order are not available; or
- There is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site in relation to the relevant product in that order; or
- That order has been placed in breach of the terms and conditions.
If we do so, then we will endevour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order, if we cancel it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and orders.
